• You have 24 hours from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange for an opened chocolate Pouch, in its original condition.
• The return window is strictly enforced due to the nature of the product.
• Reason for return or exchange must be valid & any abuse of the policy will be rejected
• Video & photo proof will be requested when needed
